DALLAS, TX -- While the Dallas Vigilantes prepare for this weekend’s game against the Chicago Rush, members of the team were able to relax a little bit this week in front of the TV in hopes of perhaps seeing a glimpse of themselves on the HBO hit series Entourage.

More than 20 Vigilantes players served as extras when the show came to Dallas in April to shoot a scene with Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones at the new Cowboys Stadium. During the shoot the Vigilantes players served as Dallas Cowboys who were practicing for an upcoming game in a scene where Jones is talking on the phone with Ari Gold, played by actor Jeremy Piven.

Players went through individual practice drills in the backdrop while the careras rolled, giving some of the Vigilantes an opportunity of a lifetime.

“It was a lot of standing around but we had a good time,” Vigilantes quarterback Collin Drafts said. “When you get to come to Cowboys Stadium and play catch it makes you feel like a little kid all over again. It was very cool got to see Jerry Jones and I was kind of star struck but I enjoyed the experience.”

Eddie Moten, who had surgery on his knee midseason, echoed the same sentiments as Drafts and was mesmerized by the stadium.

“It’s always great to be on TV,” Moten said. “It was fun to be out there with teammates and have some laughs. This stadium is crazy, it doesn’t get any better than this. I didn’t think it was really this big but it's legit, it’s like a spaceship."

Fans who would like to see video of the appearance can catch it on the Dallas Vigilantes Facebook page. The episode, entitled Buzzed, can be seen on HBO at various times during the remainder of this week.

The Vigilantes return to the field on Saturday night when they travel to Chicago to take on the Rush at 7:00 pm at Allstate Arena. The game is a rematch of the team's May 22 encounter which Chicago won, 63-56.
